I am back in Stockholm for a month. Two weeks have already passed.
It is fall. September is turning the air crispy, the winds are gathering strength, but some hot days still surprise us once in a while.
I am working at my old job. Everyday I bike 45 minutes into the city, then the 45 minutes back. I try to bike everywhere. With my eyes I gaze at the familiar structures and after half a year away, I try to see them in new light. I try to continue being a stranger, even when I’m back.
My favourite part if biking over bridges. And Stockholm has a lot. They are tall and wide and noisy, getting up usually makes me lose my breath and the view of the sky is always magnificent. Maybe ever more so when my heart is beating and my lungs are craving air, and the sky is open and I can see oceans of it.
